Dexpat is intended only for users aged 18 and over. Nevertheless, we consider child safety a fundamental responsibility and have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
1. Prohibited content and conduct
Content or conduct that sexually abuses, endangers or exploits children—including child sexual abuse material (CSAM)—is strictly prohibited on Dexpat. This includes sexual grooming, sexual extortion of children, trafficking of children for sexual purposes, and requesting, creating, storing, sharing or promoting such material.
2. In-app reporting
Users can report safety concerns without leaving the app through the reporting menu available on posts and other user content, and can block unwanted accounts. Additional information or evidence may be sent to contact@sancak.app. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.
3. Review and enforcement
We prioritise child-safety reports. When a violation is identified, we may remove content, restrict or permanently terminate accounts, and preserve relevant records where legally required. When CSAM is identified, we take the actions required by applicable law and report it to the appropriate regional or national authorities.
4. Compliance with child-safety laws
Dexpat is committed to complying with applicable child-safety laws and regulations and to cooperating with lawful requests from the relevant authorities.
