By using Dexpat, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
1. The service
Dexpat provides community posts, comments, private messaging, listings, guides and an adviser directory. We may improve, modify or discontinue features for legal or operational reasons.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 to use the service. You are responsible for accurate information, safeguarding your credentials and activity on your account. You may not create an account for another person without permission.
3. Community rules
You may not post unlawful, deceptive, threatening, hateful, harassing, obscene or rights-infringing content. Spam, fraud, unauthorised advertising, impersonation, security abuse and unauthorised disclosure of personal data are prohibited.
Dexpat has zero tolerance for objectionable content, harassment, threats, hate speech, and abusive users. Users can report objectionable content and block abusive users.
We review objectionable-content and abuse reports within 24 hours, remove violating content, and eject the user who provided it from the service.
You retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant us the worldwide, royalty-free licence necessary to host, reproduce and display it solely to operate the service.
4. Listings, advisers and third parties
Dexpat is not a party to transactions between users, sellers or advisers. We do not guarantee listings, advice or third-party services. Make your own assessment before a transaction or professional engagement.
5. Premium subscriptions
Premium features may be offered through monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. The current price, currency, trial and billing period are shown by the Apple App Store before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your device's Apple subscription settings. Billing and refunds are governed by Apple's policies. Previous purchases can be restored through “Restore Purchases” in the app.
For apps downloaded through Apple, Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement also applies.
6. Intellectual property
The Dexpat name, design, software and our content are protected by intellectual property law. They may not be copied, reverse engineered or commercially exploited without permission.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, user content or third-party services. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or close accounts that violate these terms or law, or create security risks. You may delete your account in the app. You may still need to cancel through Apple separately; deleting an account does not automatically cancel a subscription.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will reasonably notify you of material changes. Questions can be sent to contact@sancak.app.
